Weatheroak Hall is yours for the day.

We are fully licensed to host Civil Wedding ceremonies and offer a variety of Wedding Packages to compliment your Special Day – all are described below and all our prices are guaranteed for two years from the date of booking.

We are also delighted to discuss any plans for smaller and more intimate Weddings and can accommodate any occasion, of any size, in any of our beautiful Lounges and Dining Rooms.

We also Specialise in Smaller & More Intimate Weddings. We are Warm, Welcoming & Flexible - whatever your plans.

Sunday - Friday

£1,500

Our prices are for the hire of the Ballroom Suite and include everything listed below:

  • Spacious Ballroom Suite with its fully stocked Private Bar and adjoining Mynors Lounge Bar.
  • White Table Linen.
  • Silver Table Stands.
  • Wedding & Events Manager.
  • Wedding Coordinator & Dedicated Team on the day.
  • Minimum number of guests; for daytime – 50 and, for evening – 80.
  • Extensive Parking within the grounds.
  • Drinks, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Food packages to be purchased.

 

(When also choosing to hold your Wedding Ceremony or Blessing at Weatheroak Hall – there will be an additional fee, together with separate Registrar Fees.)

Saturdays & Bank Holidays

£1,700

Evening Reception

£500

Our prices are for the hire of the Ballroom Suite and include everything listed below:

  • Spacious Ballroom Suite with its fully stocked Private Bar and adjoining Mynors Lounge Bar.
  • Early access to the Ballroom Suite for DJ & set up from 4pm with Guest Arrival from 7pm.
  • White Table Linen.
  • Silver Table Stands.
  • Wedding & Events Manager.
  • Wedding Coordinator & Dedicated Team on the Evening.
  • Minimum number of guests – 80.
  • Extensive Parking within the grounds.
  • Evening Food to be purchased  – or Wedding Breakfast Menu if preferred.

Useful Information & Payment Schedule

 

  • We are more than happy to help with all your additional, extra personal touches – dressing the entire venue for you – from red carpet to table decorations and chair sashes – and for those extra special, bespoke and personal ideas, we have an extensive list of recommended suppliers who can also help. Please discuss any extra requests with your dedicated Wedding & Events Manager.

 

  • We have a list of recommended suppliers; Discos, Florists etc. Their prices are not included in our charges.
  • The maximum seating for the Wedding Breakfast is 150. For an Evening Reception we can accommodate 200.
  • Last orders are at midnight with all guests vacating by 12.30am.
  • Music will finish at midnight.
  • Deposit of £800 at time of booking.
  • Balance up to 25% (of estimated total costs, including Venue Fee, and Food & Drink Packages) 12 months prior to Wedding.
  • A further 25% 6 months prior to Wedding.
  • Remaining 50% plus £500 returnable damage deposit 2 months prior to Wedding.
  • We strongly recommend taking out Wedding Cancellation Insurance. Deposits and all payments are non-returnable.
