Pricing

Weatheroak Hall is yours for the day and we purposely do not host weddings on consecutive days. We will guarantee prices (including venue hire, catering and drinks packages) for two years from the time of booking so you can plan your wedding well in advance in the knowledge that a significant part of the overall cost will not change.

We are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies and offer three wedding packages for which we charge a venue fee.

Wedding Reception

Civil Ceremony & Reception

(Plus registrar fees)

  • Our Civil Ceremony & Reception Venue Package includes all of the Wedding Reception Venue Hire plus private use of our Bridal Suite, Wedding Arch and White Aisle Carpet Runner for the Ceremony.
  • Minimum number of guests to be 50
  • Drinks, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Food packages to be purchased

Evening Reception

£995

  • Our Evening Reception Package (7.00pm) includes all the Wedding Reception Venue Hire package with early access to our Ballroom for DJ set up etc from 4pm and guests arrive from 7pm.
  • Minimum number of guests to be 50
  • Evening Food to be purchased (or Wedding Breakfast Menu if preferred)

Useful Information and Payment Schedule

  • We have a list of recommended suppliers; discos, florists etc; their prices are not included in our charges
  • The maximum seating for the Wedding Breakfast is 150. For an Evening Reception we can accommodate 200
  • Last orders are at midnight with all guests vacating by 12.30am
  • Music will finish at midnight
  • Deposit of £800 at time of booking
  • Balance up to 25% (of estimated total costs incl venue fee, and food & drink packages) 12 months prior to wedding
  • A further 25% 6 months prior to wedding
  • Remaining 50% plus £500 returnable damage deposit 2 months prior to wedding
  • We strongly recommend taking out wedding cancellation insurance. Deposits and all payments are non-returnable.
